1. Eligibility for Returns

Non-Personalized Products:

Personalized Products:

To be eligible for a return or exchange: Notify us within 24 hrs of receiving the parcel. A clear uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory to consider your return. Video should clearly show the damage or wrong product. This whole process helps us verify and process your request quickly and fairly.

2. Not Eligible for Returns

• If the issue is reported after 24 hours
