Li’ll Pumpkins operates as a direct seller rather than a marketplace. This means we 
manage the entire process—from sourcing, manufacturing to delivery—ensuring a 
smooth and consistent shopping experience. 
 
Shipping costs are calculated based on the product’s weight, size, and delivery destination. 
To keep things transparent, the exact shipping fee for your order will always be shown at 
checkout—no surprises. Though on lot of products we are doing free shipping. 
Currently we are not doing international shipping. Still if anyone interested then can 
directly get in touch with our sales team at support@lillpumpkins.com and directly place order.  
 
At the moment, we do not offer same-day or local express delivery on website orders. 
However, if you are based in Delhi NCR then can directly get in touch with our sales 
team at support@lillpumpkins.com and can get your order delivery booked through Porter or 
similar options.  
 
We work with a network of trusted and reputable courier partners to ensure your orders are 
delivered safely and on time. 
The specific courier may vary depending on your location and the item ordered. 
 

Due to hygiene & safety concerns with regards to baby/kids products as well as the personalized
nature of majority of the products, www.lillpumpkins.com has a strict no exchanges or refunds policy across the website.
If there is any genuine case for exchanges of a non-personalized product, please contact us on support@lillpumpkins.com within 3 days of receiving your order and make sure to send us the complete unboxing, uninterrupted video of the the order. We will handle these exchanges or return on a case-by-case basis.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 
business days. 
The amount will be credited back to your preferred payment method.

In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on support@lillpumpkins.comwithin 3 working days along with images of the damaged product along with video and we will help you out. 
New product shall be couriered within 5 working days / refund will be processed and credited within 7 working days.
